Do I need an account to shop at myaistra.com?
It is not mandatory for you to have an account. You can do a guest checkout as well, but we recommend that you create an account to make it easier to place future orders.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order for any product on our website is quick and simple. As you browse through our website, select the item you would like to purchase, click on quick view or the product. Select the variant that you wish to purchase, enter the desired quantity and add product to your shopping bag.
Checkout: When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order summary during checkout. As part of the checkout process, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address.
You can verify your order details before confirming your order. You will be redirected to a third party payment gateway, where you provide your payment details. Once the order process is complete, you will receive an email at your registered ID confirming the order and the shipment.
Is ordering online secure?
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts myaistra.com encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer multiple methods to make payments for your order. You can pay online using a Credit or a Debit Card, or Net Banking, or COD (cash on delivery- at 40/- or 2% of the invoice). We accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express.
You would be routed to our trusted payment gateway partner where you would have to enter your account number and/or your CVV number and 3D Secure PIN.
I wish to pay COD (Cash On Delivery).
Cash on Delivery service is available. You can choose cash on delivery while choosing the payment options. COD method is charged at 40/- or 2% of the invoice (whichever is higher).
Can I cancel an order?
You can also mail us for cancellation at email@example.com or call on +91 7498 244844. Please note that an order can only be cancelled if it has not been dispatched from our end.
How do I find the product that I am looking for?
To help find the product you are looking for and navigate our website better, we have provided several helpful category listings. If you are looking for a specific product and know the name, try product search or browse by brand name.
The product I wish to buy is out of stock? When can I buy?
If a product is out of stock, you can notify us of your intention to purchase it by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send information to your email address immediately upon receipt of stock.
I received the wrong product? What should I do?
We thoroughly check all dispatches before shipping to ensure they match your order exactly. If however, in the rare case that you have received an item in error, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please return the item to us and we will arrange for the appropriate replacement free of charge.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
This should not happen. But, please take a picture and email us immediately, and we will help you.
Are there any additional hidden costs on a product?
Absolutely no. There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website on the order confirmation page is what you have to pay and is the final price. Our prices are inclusive of ALL taxes.
How will the items I ordered be delivered and how much does it cost?
We ship our products via FedEx mostly. Delivery is free for standard shipping. There is priority shipping option as well for extra cost.
When will the item be delivered?
Most orders confirmed before 11:00am will be shipped out of our warehouse on the same day. After 11am, we generally try to ship the order within one (1) day of receipt.
For orders within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane, the delivery happens within the next 2-4 working days (incase of Free shipping) and 1-2 working days (incase of Priority shipping). Delivery time for other areas will vary from 3-10 working days (incase of Free shipping) and 1-3 working days (incase of Priority shipping), depending on your location. Incase of public holidays, the delivery might get delayed.
You will receive a message once the order is confirmed and when the items are shipped.
How can I track the status of my order?
Click on the ‘Track your Order’ link on the top bar of our site and enter the tracking details received in the Shipping Confirmation email sent to you. You will also receive direct courier tracking details via email and sms.
I have placed an order, but not yet received the shipping confirmation mail with tracking details. What should I do?
If it’s not been 2 business days from date of order, we request patience. If it’s been more than 2 business days, do send us a mail to: email@example.com or message/whatsapp us at 7498244844 and we shall update you.
I want to change my delivery address. Can that be done?
Obviously, we can’t change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. You can call us / email us and if your order is not shipped out yet then we will help you out.
